Ms. D’Souza is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Environmental Group.

Ms. D’Souza received her LL.B., with honors, from University College London (UCL) in 1999 and in 2007 received her LL.M., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Edward J. and Elizabeth V. Hawk Prize and a graduate fellow of the Fordham International Law Journal. Ms. D’Souza is admitted to the bar of New York. She is proficient in German and conversant in French and Bahasa Indonesia.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. D’Souza worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York from 2000 to 2003, and in their London office from 2003 to 2005.

She is a member-at-large of the Council on International Affairs of the New York City Bar.
