Mr. Feder is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Financial Institutions Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Feder graduated from Brown University in 2002 and from Hamburg University Law School, Germany (Staatsexamen) in 2004. In 2006 he received his LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is a native speaker of German.
