Mr. Galeazzi is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Financial Institutions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Galeazzi received his licentiatis juris, magna cum laude, from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) in 1997 and in 2003 received his LL.M. from Boston University School of Law. He clerked with the District Court VII Konolfingen, Schlosswil Switzerland in 1998. He is admitted to the bars of New York and Zurich, Switzerland. Mr. Galeazzi is a native speaker of (Swiss) German and is fluent in Spanish and French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Galeazzi was a trainee from 1998 to 1999, and an associate from 2000 to 2002 and 2003 to 2004, at Walder Wyss & Partners in Zurich, Switzerland. He was an associate at Mayer Brown Rowe and Maw in their Washington, D.C., office from 2006 to 2007. He was a foreign temporary associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman in their Washington, D.C., office from 2004 to 2006.
