Mr. Kelly is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Kelly received his LL.B., with first class honors, from Trinity College, Dublin, in 2006, where he was awarded the Julian Prize, having also served on the editorial board of the Trinity College Law Review. In 2007, he received his B.C.L., with distinction, from the University of Oxford, where he was an associate editor of the Oxford University Commonwealth Law Journal. He is the author of “An Evaluation of the European Union’s Emissions Trading Scheme in Practice” European Environmental Law Review, Vol. 15.6 (June 2006).
