Ms. Moldowan is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Moldowan graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Barnard College in 2002 and in 2007 received her J.D., with highest honors, Order of the Coif, from George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the law review. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
