Ms. Goldstein is counsel in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department. She represents broker-dealers and issuers in connection with public and private securities offerings, mergers, and other corporate transactions with respect to compliance with state securities laws and NASD requirements (including broker-dealer registration).

She was an examiner with the Michigan Corporation & Securities Bureau from 1980 to 1981 and served as the Assistant Director of Corporate Financing at the National Association of Securities Dealers from 1982 to 1983.

Ms. Goldstein joined Davis Polk in 1983 and became counsel in 1988.

Ms. Goldstein graduated from the University of Michigan in 1975 and in 1978 received her J.D. from Wayne State University. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
