Mr. Graulich is counsel in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department. His primary areas of practice are corporate restructuring and insolvency law. He has substantial experience in a broad range of domestic and international restructurings, including the representation of public and private companies, agent banks and DIP lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, acquirers, indenture trustees, and bondholders. Matters he has worked on include the Chapter 11 proceedings of Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, WCI Communities, Owens Corning, Saint Vincents Catholic Medical Centers, Solutia, Adelphia Business Solutions, Acterna Corporation, Trump Atlantic City Associates, Sunbeam Corporation, Montgomery Wards and Conseco, as well as numerous out-of-court restructurings.
He joined Davis Polk in 2006 as counsel.
Mr. Graulich graduated, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University in 1991. He received his J.D. in 1994 and his LL.M. in 2006, both from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a St. Thomas More Scholar and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. He is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Districts of New York, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.
