Mr. Baker is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Environmental Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Baker graduated from Middlebury College in 1998 and in 2002 received his J.D., summa cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Baker is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Baker was an associate at Shearman & Sterling from 2002 to 2005.
