Ms. Daly is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Environmental Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Daly graduated, magna cum laude, from Union College in 1997 and in 2000 received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where she was notes editor of the International Law Journal. She clerked for the Honorable Franklin S. Van Antwerpen, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, from 2000 to 2001. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
