Ms. Dengel is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Insolvency and Restructuring Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Credit Group.

Ms. Dengel graduated, magna cum laude, from Northwood University in 2004 and in 2007 received her J.D., summa cum laude, Order of the Coif, from American University, Washington College of Law, where she was a senior symposium editor of the American University Law Review. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
