Mr. Heggerud is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Heggerud received his B.S. (Eng.) in 1995 and in 1999 received his M. Eng., both from the University of Alberta (Canada). In 2006, he received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and editor in chief of the Columbia Business Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
