Mr. Smith is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2002.

Mr. Smith graduated from Harvard University in 1996 and in 2001 received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law. He clerked for the Honorable Sidney H. Stein, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 2001 to 2002. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
