Ms. Ward is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2004.

Ms. Ward graduated, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2000 and in 2003 received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where she was a member of the Duke Law Journal. She clerked for the Honorable Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, from 2003 to 2004. She is admitted to the bars of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
