Mr. Fradkin is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Fradkin graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from New York University in 2001 and in 2006 received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an articles editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Fradkin was a technology analyst at Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 2001 to 2003.
