Mr. Ince is counsel in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department. He advises clients on all aspects of executive compensation, pension, stock-based incentive and deferred compensation plans and other employee benefit arrangements, including employee stock ownership plans and other equity-sharing arrangements.

He joined Davis Polk in 1981. He graduated from Lafayette College in 1965, earned his J.D. from Georgetown University in 1968 and in 1974 received his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

Mr. Ince is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, where he is a member of the Committee on Employee Benefits of the Tax Section and the Subcommittee on Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and Section 16 of the Committee on Federal Regulation of Securities of the Business Law Section.
