Mr. Zha is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Investment Management Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Zha graduated, cum laude, from Harvard College in 2002 and in 2006 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law, where he was an executive editor of the Journal of International Law & Politics. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is conversant in the Shanghai dialect of Chinese.
