Mr. Armstrong is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Financial Institutions Group.

In 2004, Mr. Armstrong received his B.S. in Mathematics, cum laude, and B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Florida. In 2007, he received his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School.
