Mr. Pan is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Hong Kong office. Since joining Davis Polk in 2002, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, and the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Pan graduated, with first class honors, from McGill University in 1999 and in 2002 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Law Journal. He is admitted to the bar of New York. He is proficient in Cantonese and French.
