Mr. Chenard is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Derivatives Group.

Mr. Chenard graduated, summa cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2004 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a submissions editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
