Mr. Liston is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2003.

Mr. Liston graduated from Harvard College in 1995 and in 2002 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was editor in chief of the Georgetown Law Journal. He clerked for the Honorable Dennis G. Jacobs, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, from 2002 to 2003. He is admitted to the bar of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Fourth Circuits and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
