Mr. Wool is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2001, he has completed a rotation in the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group and the Credit Group.

Mr. Wool graduated from the University of Miami in 1991 and in 2001 received his J.D., with high honors, Order of the Coif, from George Washington University, where he was articles editor of the George Washington University Law Review. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York.
