Mr. Elworth is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Elworth graduated from the University of Michigan in 1998 and in 2000 received his M.A. from Yale University. In 2003, he received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Elworth was an associate at Shearman & Sterling from 2003 to 2007.
