Mr. Glasheen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Investment Management Group.

Mr. Glasheen graduated, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2000 and in 2005 received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
