Mr. Gould is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Gould graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from Amherst College in 1995 and in 1999 received his M.A. from Yale University. In 2003, he received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was associate managing editor of the Stanford Journal of International Law. He is admitted to the bars of New York and California. He is a native speaker of German and proficient in French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Gould was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from 2003 to 2006.
