Ms. Weng is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2002, she has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Derivatives Group.

Ms. Weng graduated from Columbia College in 1997 and in 1999 received her M.A. from Columbia University. In 2002, she received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Chinese.
