Mr. Kaplan is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Derivatives Group.

Mr. Kaplan graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2003 and in 2007 received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from New York University School of Law, where he was a senior articles editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
