Ms. McGinley is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, she has completed a rotation in the Financial Institutions Group.

Ms. McGinley graduated from Balliol College, Oxford University in 2005 and in 2006 received her LL.M. from New York University School of Law, where she was an articles editor of the New York University Journal of Law and Business. She is admitted to the bar of New York and is fluent in French.
