Mr. Meriggi is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Meriggi graduated, valedictorian and summa cum laude, from Washington & Lee University in 2003 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was an assistant managing editor of the Columbia Business Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
