Mr. Naughton is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Real Estate Group.

Mr. Naughton graduated, with great distinction, from McGill University in 2000 and in 2007 received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar.

Before joining Davis Polk, he was an analyst at Octagon Credit Investors (a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase) from 2000 to 2002 and an officer in the Structured Products Department at The Sumitomo Trust & Banking Company from 2003 to 2004.
