Mr. Pacheco is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Real Estate Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Credit Group.

Mr. Pacheco graduated from Brigham Young University in 2002 and in 2006 received his J.D. from Brigham Young University Law School, where he was note and comment editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review. He is fluent in Portuguese.
