Mr. Pohlman is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Pohlman graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois in 1998 and in 2001 received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was on the Dean’s List. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, he was an associate at Shearman & Sterling from 2001 to 2005.
