Mr. Ramsay is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2001, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, the Credit Group and the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Ramsay graduated, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College in 1991 and in 2001 received his J.D. from the University of Virginia, where he was an editorial board member of the Journal of Law & Technology. He is admitted to the bar of New York. He is conversant in German.
