Mr. Wright is counsel in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department. He advises clients on executive compensation, pension and deferred compensation plans and other employee benefit arrangements, including employee stock ownership plans and related equity-sharing arrangements.

He joined Davis Polk as counsel in 1995.

Mr. Wright graduated from Whitman College in 1969, earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in political science from the New School for Social Research in 1973 and 1978, respectively, and in 1981, received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the law review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
