Ms. Ng is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Ng graduated, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Brandeis University in 2000 and in 2007 received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a senior editor of the Yale Law Journal. She is admitted only to the bar of Connecticut. She is a native speaker of Mandarin and proficient in Cantonese.
