Ms. Braverman is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Paris office. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Braverman graduated from Harvard College in 1994 and in 2001 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is fluent in French and German.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Braverman was an associate in the London and New York offices of Clifford Chance from 2001 to 2004 and at White & Case in New York from 2004 to 2007.
