Mr. Brogan is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Brogan graduated, summa cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2003 and in 2006 received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was the articles editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
