Ms. Cole is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2004.

Ms. Cole graduated from Colgate University in 1999 and in 2002 received her J.D., magna cum laude, from St. John’s University, where she was the notes and comments editor of the law review. She clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley, U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, from 2003 to 2004 and the New York State Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2003. Ms. Cole is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is the author of “Rape: The Paradigmatic Hate Crime,” 75 St. John’s University Law Review.
