Mr. Hwang is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Hwang graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2004 and in 2007 received his J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was Internet editor of the Cornell Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of California. Mr. Hwang conversant in Mandarin.
