Mr. Piercy is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and the Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Piercy graduated, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Washington in 2003 and in 2006 received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
