Ms. Booth is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Real Estate Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2004, she has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Booth graduated from the University of South Florida in 2000 and in 2004 received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is fluent in Spanish, proficient in Flemish, French and Swedish, and is a native speaker of Finnish.
