Mr. Kyrwood is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2000 and worked in the Hong Kong office until 2001. He has advised lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured financings, including workouts, asset-based facilities, debtor-in-possession financings, acquisition financings and other financing transactions.

Mr. Kyrwood received his B.Com in 1997 and his LL.B., with first class honors, in 1998, both from Murdoch University, Australia. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, he was an associate at Allen Allen & Hemsley from 1998 to 2000.
