Ms. Han is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Hong Kong office. She joined Davis Polk in 2008.

Ms. Han graduated from Fudan University in 1997 and received her M.A. from Peking University in 2000. In 2005, she received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar. She is admitted to the bar of New York and is a native speaker of Mandarin.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Han was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell from 2006 to 2008.
