Mr. Lindholm is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Lindholm graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota in 1999 and in 2002 received his M.S., with distinction, from Stanford University. In 2005, he received his J.D., cum laude, from Stanford Law School. He clerked for the Honorable S. James Otero, U.S. District Court, Central District of California, from 2006 to 2007. He is admitted to the bars of California and Minnesota.
