Ms. Shin is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Real Estate Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, she has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group and the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Shin graduated from Cornell University in 1999 and in 2006 received her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is fluent in spoken Korean and conversant in French.
