Ms. Veblen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She was an associate at Davis Polk from 2005 to 2006 and rejoined the firm in 2007.

Ms. Veblen graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard College in 2002 and in 2005 received her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was an editor of the law review and the recipient of the G. Newton Greene Memorial Prize. She has a certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Veblen is admitted to the bar of New York. She is fluent in German and proficient in French.
