Mr. Mansfield is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has also worked in the Litigation Department and completed a rotation in the Credit Group.

Mr. Mansfield received his Bachelor of Civil Law from University College, Dublin (Ireland) in 2000 and in 2002 received his degree of Barrister-at-Law from the Honorable Society of King’s Inns (Ireland). In 2006, he received his LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was the Thomas Bradbury Chetwode, S.J. Scholar (Securities and Financial Regulation). He is admitted to the bar of New York. He is also admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Ireland.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Mansfield was a barrister-at-law in Ireland from 2003 to 2005.
