Mr. Li is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Financial Institutions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Li graduated from Peking University in 1996 and in 1997 received his M.A. from the University of Notre Dame. In 2007, he received his J.D., magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. He is a native speaker of Mandarin.
