Ms. Martínez is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, she has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. She worked in the London office from 2005 to 2007.

Ms. Martínez graduated, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 2002 and in 2005 received her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she was a member of the Stanford Law and Policy Review. She is admitted to the bar of New York. Ms. Martínez is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
