Mr. Bacal is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Intellectual Property Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and the Credit Group.

Mr. Bacal graduated, magna cum laude, from Princeton University in 2001 and in 2005 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the recipient of the Carroll G. Harper Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Intellectual Property Studies. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
