Ms. Boranga is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. She also practices in the Latin America and Spain Practice Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Boranga received her J.D. from Pontifica Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo (Brazil) in 1999 and in 2003 received her LL.M. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is a native speaker of Portuguese.
